How often will I be billed?

Your bill is generated according to your due date on your contract. Please review your Retail Sales Contract.

What if I don't receive my billing statement?

Often times there may be a delay with the post office or other reasons for a delay of delivery of your billing statement, even if this happens, you must still make your payment via one of the methods above and make sure your payment is on time as shown on your contract.

Is there a grace period?

Many customers make the mistake of assuming there is a grace period on their account. Your payment is due as shown on the contract payment date. The best recommendation is to make your payment on time every month.

Payments will be credited the day they are received, not the day they are postmarked. Payments received by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be credited as of the date received. Payments received after cutoff time, will be credited next business day. Payment processing cutoff times may vary if choosing alternative payment options listed above.



What type of insurance do I need?

You need to have comprehensive and collision coverage.

How do I request a payoff?

You can call our office and receive a 10 day payoff. Please note, if you need a payoff for a longer period of time, advice your representative.
