Set up your payment to be withdrawn easily from your bank account by downloading the form below and sending to our office. Please note, you must send a voided check along with the request. This service is completely free to you as our customer or register online.

BILLING QUESTIONS:

How often will I be billed?

You will receive your monthly billing statement 10 days before you due date as shown on your contract.


What if I don't receive my billing statement?

Often times there may be a delay with the post office or other reasons for a delay of delivery of your billing statement, even if this happens, you must still make your payment via one of the methods above and make sure your payment is on time as shown on your contract.


Is there a grace period?

Many customers make the mistake of assuming there is a grace period on their account. Your payment is due as shown on the contract payment date. A late fee is  assessed to your account after the tenth day. The best recommendation is to make your payment on time every month.


INSURANCE:

What type of insurance do I need?

You need to have comprehensive and collision coverage. The insurance coverage must have a deductible no higher than 500 and list American Auto Financing, Inc. as Loss Payee. You may fax proof of insurance to (714) 953-1923 or call our office for assistance at (714) 953-3129.


PAYOFF:

How do I request a payoff?

You can call our office and receive a 10 day payoff. Please note, if you need a payoff for a longer period of time, advice your representative.
